  • How to Return Goods

    We’re sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to return it for any reason. After this period, we won’t be able to accept returns.

    To start a return, email us at info@olafandco.com, and we’ll provide you with the next steps. Before sending your item back, make sure it’s in its original condition. Unwashed, with all tags attached. We recommend using a reliable courier to avoid any issues during transit. Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Refund for Returned Goods

    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and, if approved, process your refund to the original payment method. This may take up to 7 days. There are no restocking fees for returns.

  • Product Exchange Process

    Need a different size, colour, or item? No problem. Just reach out to us at info@olafandco.com, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

  • Need to Cancel?

    If you want to cancel your order, contact us at info@olafandco.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we won’t be able to cancel it.

  • Did You Receive a Damaged or Different Product?

    We’re really sorry if something’s not right with your order. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please take some clear photos and email them to info@olafandco.com. We’ll ensure the problem is resolved by sending you the correct item or a replacement.
