What to Expect After Placing Your Order
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’re on it. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). If you order before 14:00 GMT, we’ll get started the same day.
When your order is on its way, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking details. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday). And yes, delivery is free for all UK orders.
Running Late?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, hang tight — delays can sometimes happen. We kindly ask you to allow an extra 3 business days before reaching out. If it still hasn’t arrived by then, shoot us an email at info@olafandco.com, and we’ll look into it for you.
Need to Cancel?
If you need to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible at info@olafandco.com. Keep in mind, once your order has been processed, we won’t be able to cancel it.
