What to Expect After Placing Your Order

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’re on it. Orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days (Monday - Friday). If you order before 14:00 GMT, we’ll get started the same day.

When your order is on its way, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking details. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday). And yes, delivery is free for all UK orders.

Running Late?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, hang tight delays can sometimes happen. We kindly ask you to allow an extra 3 business days before reaching out. If it still hasn’t arrived by then, shoot us an email at info@olafandco.com, and we’ll look into it for you.

Need to Cancel?

If you need to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible at info@olafandco.com. Keep in mind, once your order has been processed, we won’t be able to cancel it.
